I remember when my son said this he was climbing a tree and I asked him was he scared because he up pretty high in the tree.
That’s when he said “I am not scared of heights, because I don’t look down.” From the mouth of babes my son understood that as long as he kept his eyes looking up and on the goal he would not get scared.
Is this not how we all should be when it comes to achieving our goals? Don’t look down or back, keep your eyes on the goal and keep climbing.
